Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team and provide vital support to our sales department. This role involves coordinating all purchase-related activities, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing accurate reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on all purchase-related activities to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain and update purchase and sales records with a high level of accuracy.
- Manage schedules, calendars, and meeting logistics for the sales team.
- Prepare detailed sales and purchase reports using Excel, including data analysis and visualization.
- Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and customer communications.
- Track order status, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely execution of sales and procurement processes.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and other department events.
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries related to sales and purchasing.
Notice Periods : Immediate to 15 Days
