Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations at our resort. The candidate will ensure cleanliness standards, guest satisfaction, room readiness, and smooth coordination with other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties.
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, washrooms, and back areas are cleaned and maintained as per resort standards.
- Conduct room inspections before guest check-ins.
- Maintain housekeeping inventory, linen stock, cleaning chemicals, and guest supplies.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments for room status updates and maintenance issues.
- Train housekeeping attendants on grooming, hygiene, cleaning procedures, and guest handling.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping professionally and promptly.
- Ensure proper usage of cleaning equipment and safety procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and update housekeeping records.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Housekeeping operations in Hotels/Resorts.
- Good leadership and team-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management will be an added advantage.
