About the Role
Pavizham Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to support and strengthen our manufacturing HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, and workforce management within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factories Act, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Support performance management and HR operations.
- Monitor attendance, leave administration, and manpower planning.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Maintain HR records, documentation, audits, and policy implementation.
- Assist management in driving HR best practices and employee productivity.
Qualifications
- MBA HR / MSW HRM or equivalent qualification.
- 4–6 years of HR experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
