Role: Power BI Lead
Experience: 4-6 years
Location: Yantra Park, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Power BI support and enhancement track within the managed services engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, prioritize requests, and ensure timely delivery.
- Review and guide enhancements to existing reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Perform root cause analysis for issues in published reports and propose fixes or optimizations.
- Manage SLAs for incident resolution, service requests, and minor change requests.
- Maintain report documentation, versioning, and change logs.
- Coordinate with the data engineering team for backend data issues or model changes (e.g., gold/platinum layer).
- Support performance tuning, governance, and best practice adoption.
Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in Power BI Service & Desktop – DAX, Power Query, visuals, and filters.
- Strong data modeling experience (Star/Snowflake schema).
- Experience in managing Power BI workspace, dataflows, gateways, and deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot report performance and query optimization issues.
- Good understanding of data integration with Azure data and analytics services (Eg, ADF, Databricks, Azure SQL etc)
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) for ticket handling.
Should have strong knowledge on Azure Data Engineering
