Job Summary:
Dyneton is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to support our Alibaba.com clients. The role involves assisting customers with platform-related queries, resolving issues, guiding them with product posting, account navigation, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist Alibaba.com clients.
- Resolve customer queries related to product posting, account setup, and platform usage.
- Provide guidance and training to clients on using Alibaba.com features effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and quick issue resolution.
- Share daily updates and feedback with the team lead/manager.
- Support clients during onboarding and after-sales process.
Skills & Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Gmail, internet handling).
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
