Position: Field Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing & Sales
Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Business Owner
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Visit residential and commercial areas to identify potential customers.
- Collect customer inquiries and project requirements.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Customer Interaction
- Meet prospective clients and explain company products/services.
- Distribute brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Market Survey
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Gather information about current market trends and customer preferences.
- Submit regular market feedback reports.
- Site Visits
- Visit construction sites, apartments, villas, shops, and offices.
- Coordinate with builders, architects, contractors, and property owners.
- Identify opportunities for interior design and modular furniture projects.
- Promotional Activities
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Organize local marketing campaigns and brand awareness activities.
- Reporting
- Maintain daily visit reports.
- Update lead status and customer feedback.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with customers.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, and Google Maps.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch break
- Sunday holiday
Performance Targets (Example)
- Minimum 10 customer visits per day.
- Minimum 5 qualified leads per week.
- Regular submission of daily activity reports.
- Achievement of monthly lead generation targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
