Sales Executive – Real Estate
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective buyers, conducting property presentations and site visits, and closing sales of residential flats. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to achieve sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including referrals, digital inquiries, walk-ins, and outbound calling.
- Contact prospective customers to understand their property requirements and budget.
- Schedule and conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and financing options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines to close sales.
- Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and internal departments to facilitate the booking and documentation process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and industry developments.
- Participate in promotional events, property exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, property sales, or a related industry.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹8,944.01 - ₹36,685.51 per month
