We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Support Executive to promote and support our CRM, ERP, HRMS, and Business Automation Software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, providing product demonstrations, and delivering exceptional after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions
- Follow-up, convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding.
Customer Support Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote support.
- Assist customers with software setup, configuration, and basic training.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the technical team when required.
- Track support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, ERP, or SaaS applications.
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Software Sales or Customer Support.
