- Handle customer calls and showroom enquiries
- Follow up with leads and service reminders
- Schedule customer appointments and test drives
- Maintain customer records and CRM updates
- Support sales and service teams in customer coordination
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-up
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
