Position: Operations Head
Location: Iskcon, Ahmedabad
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Head to oversee the overall functioning of multiple education centers. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution across Academics, Admissions, Examinations, Placements, Student Support, and Center Operations.The ideal candidate should be capable of driving operational efficiency, ensuring quality standards, improving student outcomes, and leading teams to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall operations of multiple centers, ensuring effective coordination across Academics, Admissions, Examinations, Placements, and Administration.
- Oversee academic operations, including curriculum implementation, faculty coordination, class scheduling, student attendance, discipline, and timely syllabus completion.
- Monitor Admissions activities, including inquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and achievement of enrollment targets.
- Ensure smooth execution of Examination processes, including planning, scheduling, documentation, compliance, and assessment activities.
- Coordinate Placement operations by driving internships, placement activities, industry engagement, and student employability outcomes.
- Track departmental KPIs, ensure timely task completion, SOP compliance, MIS reporting, and implement improvement initiatives to achieve overall center performance.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or a related field.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Skill Development, Higher Education, or Training Institutes will be preferred.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and operational processes.
- Strong understanding of admissions, academics, examinations, placements, and center operations.
