Job Title: Sales Officer – HORECA (Gheeyonnaise)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to drive business growth for our premium product Gheeyonnaise within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) segment. The role involves developing strong client relationships, expanding market reach, and ensuring consistent sales performance in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA segment (hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, caterers).
- Promote and sell Gheeyonnaise by demonstrating product quality, applications, and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and decision-makers.
- Conduct product sampling, trials, and demonstrations at client locations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely order collection, billing coordination, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotions and feedback.
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and usage at client outlets.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, food products, or HORECA segment.
- Strong network within hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct product demos and engage culinary professionals.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
