Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IBM webMethods BPM Designer / Senior BPM Consultant to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire basis. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IBM webMethods BPM Suite, process automation, workflow orchestration, and enterprise application integration. Experience in the telecom domain will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise BPM solutions using IBM webMethods BPM Suite.
- Create and maintain BPMN-based process models, workflows, and task management solutions.
- Develop integrations using webMethods Integration Server, API Gateway, Universal Messaging, SOAP, and REST APIs.
- Build reusable services and enterprise integration solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Support application deployments, release management, and CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable BPM solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and process flow documentation.
- Follow development best practices and contribute to architecture discussions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM webMethods BPM Suite.
- Strong experience in enterprise BPM solution design and implementation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
