Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Commerce Trainers to provide practical and industry-oriented training for commerce college students. The trainer will be responsible for teaching Accounts, Taxation, Audit, and Tally with a focus on real-time practical knowledge and employability skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train commerce students in:
- Accounting Fundamentals
- Practical Accounts
- GST & Income Tax Basics
- Audit Concepts
- Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Conduct practical and interactive training sessions.
- Explain real-time business accounting and taxation processes.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students on career opportunities in commerce and finance domains.
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback.
- Support students in improving job readiness and practical skills.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge in Accounts, Taxation, Audit, and Tally.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle classroom training effectively.
- Practical industry knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter or related commerce background.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge can also apply.
- Prior training or industry experience preferred.
