We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Assistant to be the part of our sales team at Vaama Jewellery. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our brand by building strong client relationships, leading a motivated team, and ensuring Vaama's exquisite diamond jewellery reaches the right customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Vaama's customer base and strengthen our presence in the Ahmedabad market.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a premium and personalised buying experience that reflects the Vaama brand.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and present regular analysis and insights to your superior sales manager of the store.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process — from lead generation and client consultations to closing and after-sales follow-up.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to stay aligned on new collections, campaigns, and product launches.
- Stay updated on diamond jewellery trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to keep the team informed and ahead of the curve.
