About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and manage multiple technology initiatives across software development, enterprise applications, AI solutions, and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise combined with excellent project and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful delivery of complex enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple software development and digital transformation projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource planning, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and delivery governance.
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, security practices, and delivery processes.
- Support solution design discussions and provide technical guidance where required.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and project execution.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Java/J2EE application architecture.
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL with experience in writing and analyzing complex queries.
- Understanding of REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and System Integrations.
- Experience working with Spring Boot applications.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or enterprise AI solutions is an added advantage.
- Understanding of enterprise databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server.
Project Management Skills
- Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery models.
- Excellent planning, estimation, and project tracking skills.
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Strong risk management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of overall experience in Software Development, Technical Project Management, or Program Management.
- Prior experience managing enterprise software implementation projects.
- PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.

Compensation: ₹1.25 Lakh – ₹1.50 Lakh per month (based on experience and skills).
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
