Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to manage lead generation, follow-ups, and admissions support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with prospective students and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers.
- Explain courses, programs, and services in a professional manner.
- Follow up with inquiries and nurture leads.
- Schedule appointments for counselors and sales executives.
- Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Plus Two / Degree qualification.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
