Business Development Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our IT Infrastructure Solutions business. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and selling IT infrastructure products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate (B2B) market.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and client visits.
- Understand customer IT infrastructure requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution discussions with prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, procurement, and project teams for successful project execution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer database, and MIS reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good presentation and client handling abilities.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure products and services.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, IT Hardware, or Solution Sales is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
