We are looking for passionate, creative, and dedicated Preschool Teachers, Nursery Teachers, Kindergarten Teachers, Montessori Teachers, and Early Childhood Educators to join our growing team at our Varthur centre.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the EarlyVentions curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children's overall development.
- Conduct activities including phonics, literacy, numeracy, storytelling, music, movement, art and craft, sensory play, STEM exploration, and circle time.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development through hands-on learning.
- Observe, assess, and document each child's developmental progress.
- Maintain lesson plans, classroom documentation, and student portfolios.
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and parent engagement.
- Ensure classroom hygiene, safety, and adherence to school policies and child protection standards.
- Collaborate with academic leaders and fellow educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
- Participate in school events, training programs, workshops, and continuous professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Montessori, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Early Childhood Education (ECE), or a related qualification is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in a preschool, kindergarten, nursery, daycare, or early years setting will be an advantage.
