- To ensure technicians follow recommended repair process
- To ensure usage of manufacture recommended Paint Material, Consumables etc
- Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
- Hires, trains, motivates and monitors the performance of all body shop employees
- Planning Direct and Out sourced schedule work as per agreement
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with insurance adjusters.
- Implements aggressive marketing plan to increase body shop business.
- Monitor’s progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring that proper repair and safety procedures are followed.
- Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
- Handles customer complaints immediately to enhance customer confidence
- Controls accounts receivables for body repair work.
- Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with state and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal etc
- Ensures that proper safety equipment is available and being used properly.
- Monitors the maintenance of paint booths, frame straightening equipment, and other large fixed assets to ensure long-term usage and value.
- Keeps abreast of new equipment and tools available and recommends purchases.
- Recording, Analysis & Reporting on Service Shop Productivity, Efficiency & Utilization
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
