Job description
Good Career Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage business data, generate reports, and provide accurate insights to support operational and management decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets.
- Analyze sales, operations, and performance data.
- Create dashboards and reports using advanced MS Excel.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
- Identify trends and provide actionable business insights.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF formulas, and basic Macros).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or back-office operations.
- Freshers with excellent Excel skills may also apply.
