Responsibilities
- Contact potential B2B and B2C customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Explain Sitefiy's website development, hosting, UI/UX, and digital solutions.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain customer records and update sales activities.
- Coordinate with the technical team for customer requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate (BCA preferred).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic understanding of website development, hosting, domains, UI/UX, and related digital services.
- Comfortable with telecalling and sales.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools is preferred.
