Roles And Responsibilities:
· Selecting suitable hardware to meet the customer requirement within product range
· Preparation of detailed analysis/ report of live demo and presentation as required.
· Capturing the detailed customer requirements upfront to enable quick and successful project closure.
· Installation and training our productivity solutions at customer site
· Providing post installation support by trouble shooting and handling unique situations at the customer site
· Develop and maintain installation reports
· Independently handling day to day schedules as per senior instructions.
· Documenting the complex technical issues and communicating to customer and internal team.
· Upgrading and testing of new software releases.
· Works on continuous improvement of hardware presentation and mounting at the customer site
· Participating in trade shows and promoting the sales of the products
· Efficient follow up and commissioning of OEM orders.
· Product training to the Junior staff.
Technical Skill:
· Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE different solutions (including CNC compatibility) +ADD Ons, Mobile app
· OEE different solutions (including CNC compatibility) +ADD Ons, Mobile app
· DATA sync with Server from Edge device (masters, Schedules, Tool data) ,
· OEE with Energy - Analytics, Mobile app
· Process parameters (both MC & Sensors)
· ERP Integration & Digital factory work flows (different type of eSHOPx +work flows)
· Requirement Documentation
· Traceability (Hardware and software)

Qualification & Experience:
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
