- Manage customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction levels
- Handle customer follow-ups, feedback, and complaint resolution professionally
- Coordinate with sales and service departments for smooth customer support
- Maintain CRM records and customer database accurately
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and service reminders regularly
- Strong communication and customer handling skills required
- Experience in automobile dealership/customer service preferred
- Tata Motors dealership experience will be an added advantage
- Basic computer and CRM software knowledge required
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and maintain brand image
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
