We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the apparel and clothing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and identifying new business opportunities for Advanced Clothing Concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
- Manage and support the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote company products.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business agreements with clients.
- Ensure excellent after-sales support and long-term customer retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in garments, textiles, or apparel industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of apparel manufacturing and fashion market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
