Job Title: Telecaller

Job Role
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow up on leads, and assist with flight ticket bookings. The role also includes updating customer details and maintaining records in Excel/Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain services and answer customer queries clearly
- Convert leads into bookings
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers
- Update customer details and booking status in Excel/Google Sheets
- Keep accurate records of all calls and follow-ups
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
- Willingness to follow up with customers
- Basic knowledge of air ticketing (preferred, not mandatory)
