Job Description: We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating demand, acquiring new clients, and building strong business relationships. The role requires someone who is passionate about sales, confident in communication, and able to independently manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Identify and engage with potential clients to promote Health Services. The candidate should have 7+ years of working experience in Corporate sales.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identifies business opportunities by identifying customers/clients/ key decision makers through researching and prospecting. Develop a database of qualified Institutional leads and convert them into customers. Active connections with a minimum 50 of corporates
Strong relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, and Total Rewards leaders across organizations.
Visit potential key customers/clients/ key decision makers, determine their needs and serve through customized offerings (services/ products/ combinations) for business development.
Maintain sales volume by taking consideration of changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
Enrol new customers as per business targets, undertake documentation, contractual agreements and onboarding formalities.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
Desired Candidate
MBA Graduate and Proven Corporate Sales experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong negotiation skills, Persuasive and resilient.
Effective communication skills with customer centric approach.
Should be able to clearly articulate and position the value proposition of Nura to senior HR leadership. Comfortable with consultative conversations and solution selling.
Capability to justify the pricing and benefits to corporate stakeholders.
Ability to onboard at least 10 companies within the initial engagement phase.
Strong credibility and influence within corporate HR networks.
Experience of 8-10 years in B2B hunting sales
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
