Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert warm and cold leads into paid enrollments.
- Structured Counseling: Conduct ~35-minute sessions to assess student needs, educational background, and career goals, mapping them to suitable programs.
- Sales Pitching: Clearly explain program features, curriculum, fees, and career outcomes, creating a sense of urgency.
- Objection Handling: Confidently address concerns regarding fees, career prospects, or course structure to close sales.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.

Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or tele-sales (freshers with strong communication are accepted).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; fluency in regional languages is often mandatory.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel), CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
