Disciplinary Leadership & Personnel Responsibility: Employee development, target agreements and performance reviews Capacity and deployment planning across support, product teams, and projects Recruiting, onboarding and knowledge building Skill and succession planning (modules, ABAP, SAP Basis) Promotion of a professional service, quality and ownership culture. Role in interaction with product owners The technical responsibility for requirements, priorities and content lies with the product owners The head of the SAP team: provides qualified and available resources ensures stable framework conditions is responsible for staff management, capacity utilization and competence development Supports in the event of escalations and conflicting goals No primary technical detail control of individual backlogs or solutions Technical Methodology: In-depth experience in the operation and further development of SAP systems Understanding of agile working methods and classic project methods Proficiency in ITIL-based service organizations Solid technical understanding in: SAP Modules, ABAP Development, SAP Basis / Operations Leadership & Communication: 8-10 years of experience in disciplinary leadership of international teams Experience in working with professionally controlling roles without direct authority to issue instructions Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Very good knowledge of English, intercultural competence.
