Job Title- Sales Clinical Microbiologist
Job Location- Delhi
Job Summary
We are looking for a Clinical Microbiologist to provide technical and scientific support for our microbiology product portfolio by working closely with the sales team. The role involves customer interactions, product demonstrations, application support, technical training, and helping deliver the right microbiology solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Provide technical and application support for microbiology products to customers and the sales team.
2- Visit hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, research institutes, and other customers for product demonstrations, application support, and scientific discussions.
3 - Conduct customer training, workshops, CMEs, and technical presentations on microbiology products.
4 - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable microbiology products and solutions.
5 -Support product evaluations, installations, trials, and resolve product/application-related technical queries.
6- Coordinate with Product Managers, Sales Teams, and principals for customer support and technical assistance.
6- Participate in product launches, exhibitions, conferences, and other scientific events.
7- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support business growth and product development.
Qualification:
M.Sc. Microbiology / Medical Microbiology / Clinical Microbiology.
5–6 years of experience in microbiology products, applications, or technical sales.
