Job Summary:
The Final Quality Control (FQC) Executive is responsible for ensuring that finished products meet defined quality standards before dispatch. The role involves inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination with production teams to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform final inspection of finished goods as per quality standards and specifications.
- Approve or reject products based on defined quality parameters.
- Maintain proper records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.
- Identify defects and report issues to production for corrective action.
- Ensure all products meet customer requirements before dispatch.
- Monitor and control quality at the final stage of production.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, and Stores departments.
- Ensure proper labeling, packing, and documentation compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
- Follow safety and quality procedures strictly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Engineering or relevant field).
- Basic knowledge of quality control processes.
- Familiarity with inspection tools and testing methods.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word).
- Good observation and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
Experience:
- 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply).
- Experience in manufacturing / LED / electrical industry is an advantage.
Salary Range:
₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on experience)
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
