Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS as applicable)
- Manage general ledger, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
2. Costing & Inventory Management
- Handle product costing, variance analysis, and cost optimization
- Monitor inventory valuation (RM, WIP, FG) and ensure accuracy
- Work closely with production teams for cost control and efficiency
3. Taxation & Compliance
- Manage GST, TDS, income tax filings, and audits
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry-specific norms
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
4. Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Analyse deviations and provide actionable insights
- Support management in strategic planning and decision-making
5. Internal Controls & Audit
- Develop and monitor internal control systems
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
6. Working Capital Management
- Manage cash flow, receivables, payables, and banking relationships
- Optimize working capital cycles in a manufacturing setup
Required Qualifications
- CA (Chartered Accountant) – qualified
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in chemicals/manufacturing industry)

- Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting and costing
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
