Maximize room revenue, occupancy, and average rate (ARR)

Promote hotel services, packages, and offers

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Handle client queries, negotiations, and contracts

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

Provide inputs for sales strategy and business planning

Identify potential market segments and opportunities

Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and F&B for bookings and events

Ensure smooth execution of group bookings and corporate stays

Work closely with revenue and operations teams

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS

Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions

Update CRM systems and sales trackers

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and networking abilities

Result-oriented and target-driven mindset

Good knowledge of hotel sales and revenue concepts

Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred

3–6 years of experience in hotel sales

Knowledge of local market and corporate segment preferred
