We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to manage customer interactions, address inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities :-
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients.
Address customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
Follow up with customers regarding service quality and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Assist in customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
Prepare reports related to customer service activities and feedback.
Support sales and business development teams when required.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Basic knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
