About the Role
Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process while meeting recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments and positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters to selected candidates.
- Coordinate joining formalities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
- Participate in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and recruitment events when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of ATS and HRMS will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and internship experience may also apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
