We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Voice Mail & Chat Support Executive to handle customer inquiries through voice mail, live chat, email, and other digital communication channels. The ideal candidate will provide prompt, professional, and accurate assistance while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries received through voice mail, live chat, and email in a timely manner.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Record and maintain customer interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Meet quality, productivity, and response time targets.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions.
Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback for service improvement.
Adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and communication guidelines.
Qualifications
12th Pass, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi communication (additional languages are a plus).
