Job Summary
Shreenathji Rasayan Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team at our Ahmedabad Head Office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B Industrial Sales, business development, and customer relationship management. The role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining long-term customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the Company's industrial chemical products across domestic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop potential industrial customers.
- Promote the Company's products including Formaldehyde, Hexamine, Melamine Resins, Butylated Melamine Resins, Urea Resins, and Specialty Industrial Chemicals.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong business relationships.
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare techno-commercial quotations, and follow up until order confirmation.
- Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Dispatch, Stores, and Accounts Departments for smooth order execution.
- Monitor customer requirements and ensure timely delivery with high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up for outstanding payments and support collection activities.
- Prepare Daily Visit Reports, Sales MIS Reports, and Market Intelligence Reports.
- Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the Company during customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing), BBA, B.Com, B.Sc. Chemistry, B.E./B.Tech Chemical Engineering, or any Graduate with relevant B2B Sales experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Chemical Sales, Technical Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of B2B Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Industrial Marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and professional email communication.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Industrial Chemical Sales or Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
- Knowledge of industrial chemicals and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel across Gujarat for customer meetings.
- Ability to achieve sales targets under deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven sales professional who has practical experience in B2B Industrial Sales and can independently manage customer acquisition, business development, customer relationship management, quotation follow-up, and sales target achievement. Candidates from Chemical Manufacturing, Specialty Chemicals, Resins, Adhesives, Paints, Textile Chemicals, Plywood & Laminate Chemicals, Petrochemicals, or Industrial Manufacturing industries will be given preference.
