We are hiring a Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance and customer support for software, systems, and client-related issues. Candidates should have good communication skills and basic technical knowledge.
Role & Responsibilities -
- Handle customer technical queries via call, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot software, system, and login-related issues
- Provide remote support and guide customers step-by-step
- Escalate complex issues to the technical team
- Maintain support tickets and customer records
- Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Requirements -
- Basic knowledge of computers, internet, and software troubleshooting
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Ability to understand and resolve technical issues
- Knowledge of MS Office, Windows, Email configuration preferred
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
Five Days Working + Pick & Drop Facility available.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
