We are looking for an experienced Estimation & Costing Engineer and Quatiton and Client Handeling ( end to end) to join our growing team.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Estimation & Costing Engineer (Make Quatiton) with 3–4 years of experience in civil construction and interior projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project estimation, costing, BOQ preparation, AutoCAD drafting, and client coordination. The role involves preparing accurate project estimates, monitoring budgets, conducting site visits, and ensuring projects are executed within cost and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations for civil and interior projects based on covered area and site measurements.
- Perform project estimation, costing, budgeting, and rate analysis for construction and interior works.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, billing reports, and project documentation as per approved drawings.
- Create and modify 2D layout drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and procurement teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify measurements, monitor project progress, and ensure execution quality.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding project estimates, variations, and progress updates.
- Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within the approved budget.
- Maintain estimation records, cost reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed as per quality standards and scheduled timelines.
