We are seeking a confident and student-focused Jr. Student Counsellor to guide students and parents through the admission process. The role involves clearly explaining course offerings, highlighting our institutional strengths, and successfully converting enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on courses, admissions, fees, and career pathways
- Clearly communicate course details, benefits, and institutional specialties
- Convert walk-in, phone, and online enquiries into confirmed admissions
- Build trust-based relationships with students and parents
- Follow up on leads and maintain proper counselling records
- Meet admission targets while maintaining high service quality
Candidate Requirements
- MBA or MSW qualification
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Professional, empathetic, and student-centric approach
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to close admissions
