Job Title: Telecaller – Thinkplus Education
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make calls to students/parents regarding enquiries and provide necessary information.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and feedback through calls and messages.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them with proper guidance.
- Maintain call records and update lead status.
- Support the admission team with follow-ups and coordination.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Collect feedback and ensure a good customer experience.
- Represent Thinkplus Education in a professional manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good English , Telugu & Hindi(Addon Advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Customer-focused approach with good listening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and follow-up effectively.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or education sales is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
