Role Description
Credvest is hiring a full-time Business Head for its on-site team in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and managing a team to drive real estate sales, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives. The Cluster Sales Manager will also focus on analyzing market trends, designing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Leadership skills for managing a team of sales professionals
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in real estate sales processes and local market knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
