About the Role
The Centre Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, member experience, team management, and commercial success of the centre. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance hospitality, operations, and business objectives while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the centre.
- Deliver an outstanding member experience through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
- Manage onboarding, renewals, and retention initiatives to maintain high occupancy and satisfaction.
- Lead and supervise front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor budgets, operational expenses, and centre profitability.
- Work closely with the sales team to support tours, occupancy goals, and client transitions.
- Plan and execute community events and networking activities for members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Prepare operational reports and track key performance metrics.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, workspace management, or serviced offices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience handling client relationships and conflict resolution.
- Ability to multitask and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing premium coworking centres or hospitality operations.
- Strong understanding of customer experience and community building.
