Recruitment Manager – Bulk Hiring (Non-IT)
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with 5+ years of experience in high-volume non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of managing bulk recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and achieving hiring targets. Candidates from the Hospitality industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, vendors, and recruitment drives.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely closures.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain recruitment databases.
- Track hiring metrics and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Lead and support the recruitment team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with expertise in bulk hiring.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and team-handling skills.
- Experience hiring for Hospitality, Retail, Facility Management, FMCG, or Healthcare sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Salary: Up to ₹7,00,000 per annum
Preferred Industry: Hospitality / Hotels & Resorts
Notice Period: Immediate joiners
Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
