· Ensure timely start, satisfactory completion, and final handover of projects as per company standards and client expectations.
· Assign Site Supervisors and coordinate with them for selection and deployment of carpenters and installation teams.
· Conduct Project Go-Live Meetings between the designated Site Supervisor and Sales Team to ensure smooth project initiation.
· Participate in Project Kick-off Meetings along with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, and relevant stakeholders.
· Coordinate with factory teams for priority setting and production planning in consultation with Site Supervisors and Sales Team, whenever required.
· Resolve execution, installation, and coordination issues to ensure smooth project delivery and installation activities.
· Identify and raise red flags immediately for issues that may impact project timelines, quality, or customer satisfaction.
· Ensure timely preparation, verification, and submission of installation bills and related documentation.
· Monitor project trackers regularly to anticipate execution delays and take timely corrective and preventive actions.
· Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality workmanship, compliance with storage standards, and adherence to execution guidelines.
· Engage with Project Managers, Site Engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to address concerns and maintain strong customer relationships.
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
