In this leadership role, you will be responsible for building a high-performing distribution network from the ground up, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of professional growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard a robust team of advisors and partners.
- Training & Mentorship: Conduct specialized training sessions and workshops to enhance the team’s product knowledge and professional skills.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute localized market strategies to expand our footprint in the Kolkata region.
- Leadership & Management: Provide daily guidance, conduct reviews, and manage the overall workflow of the distribution team.
Working Hours & Culture
- Schedule: Monday to Friday..
- Work Timings: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
