Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester to ensure the quality and performance of our applications. The candidate will be responsible for identifying bugs, improving usability, and ensuring smooth functionality of software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze system specifications and requirements
- Execute manual and/or automated test cases
- Identify, report, and track bugs and issues
- Collaborate with developers to resolve defects
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
- Ensure software meets quality standards before release
- Maintain test documentation and reports
- Suggest improvements to enhance user experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in software testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience in manual testing (automation is a plus)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (like Jira, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
