About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions, maintain records, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Resolve customer queries professionally.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing calls in registers/books.
Update customer details and maintain proper documentation.
Follow up with customers as required.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
Requirements
Experienced candidates only.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain records accurately.
