About the role
An established architectural and interior design firm is looking to appoint a Site Supervisor immediately for ongoing interior and construction projects in and around Trivandrum. The company name is withheld at this stage and will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day supervision of interior fit-out and civil works at project sites
- Coordinating carpenters, masons, electricians, painters and other site teams
- Checking work against drawings and reporting deviations
- Tracking material deliveries, site stock and daily labour attendance
- Sending daily progress updates to the design/project team
- Maintaining site discipline, housekeeping and basic safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in interiors or construction
- Ability to read and follow working drawings
- Working knowledge of Malayalam and basic English
- Own two-wheeler with valid licence preferred (multiple site visits daily)
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Trivandrum
Details
- Salary: ₹18,000 per month
- Timing: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Job type: Full-time, permanent
