We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contact potential clients, explain immigration services, and schedule consultations for our counselors.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally.
Explain company services related to study visas, work permits, PR, and visitor visas.
Qualify leads and maintain customer records.
Schedule appointments for immigration counselors.
Follow up with leads and existing clients.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (depending on experience)
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
