About the Role
The Customer Support serves as the primary point of contact for our users. You will resolve transactions related inquiries, manage data in excel, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Handled backend support operations for products like AEPS , DMT , Recharges , BBPS, Utility , MATM, PG txns , loans.
Resolved merchant, customer, and transaction-related issues within defined TAT over emails.
Managed data in Excel and prepared daily MIS reports for team and management
review.
Coordinated with sales, operations, technical teams and service providers & banks for quick issue resolution.
Monitored disputed/pending transactions, escalations, and pending cases to ensure smooth processing.
Support query handling over Emails & Chats
Experience & Qualifications
Academic Education: Must be a Graduate/Undergraduate
Certifications: None
Experience: 1 – 5 years of experience in Fintech Company.
Skills and Competencies
Basic understanding of payment gateways, ACH, or card processing.
Office timing - In three shifts -
1) 08:00 AM - 04:30PM
2) 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM
3) 01:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
